Report to the Health and Development Initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
In 2005 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs commissioned the Health and Development Initiative, which completed in 2010.
Professor Kenji Shibuya and former staff member Rintaro Mori made recommendations for future Japanese ODA strategies,
and received valuable comments from a variety of specialists.
